Useless
I hate it - no directions - I wanted the heating feature - doesn’t get very warm and warmth comes out low on machine - useless. I have purchased Dyson vacuums and very happy - but this is just a waste of money. Even the cooling fan unsatisfactory.
Best portable heating and cooling system
Had it for almost a year and I still love it. Simple to use and love it has a remote control
