Difficult to push and use does not rotate easily.
We bought this Light ball cleaner in august 2022. We had a great run with the previous model. 10years. Unfortunately, it broke down and would have to be returned to Dyson for repair. After discussion with the Dyson team, We were told the new light ball was equivalent. We have been using this now for 8 months. It does not run and turn the head easily and you have to twist the handle to do so. There is also a slight electrical burning smell as it is running. Would not recommend buying this unit. We are thinking of having the old one repaired.
Bad reviews
I was so looking forward to buying one of these but after reading all of these reviews that won't happening. I have always bought cheaper vacuums that don't last to long and my son told me that would buy me a more expensive one that would last years.

Faulty Machine
Had the previous Dyson Ball for many years, great machine but this new model was a waste of time and effort. Reset switch was a major fault, over engineered design and to fail you could say. Only 5 months old, returned for a full refund and now looking for a new brand. Dyson you have lost the plot !!
