Faulty product and poor service
This product is a faulty one -- it did not work since day one! I have returned the product one week ago but I am still waiting for refund. This is really inconvenience!
The BEST humidifier!
We bought this about a month ago when our infant daughter got the flu to help her sleep at night and it has been perfect, so quiet you can't even tell its on (we previously had a different humidifier which was expensive and terrible, kept making alarm sounds and ran out of water quickly so we returned it).
This Dyson humidifier is amazing! Sure, its a bit expensive when compared to most you'll find on the net/ebay BUT its Dyson got millions of dollars in R&D to back this which other companies don't so you are buying something that has been tested, will last and that works as intended.
We leave this on auto and it works perfectly, constantly scans the temperature in the room and adjusts the humidity accordingly, and the water reservoir lasts forever, if we didn't clean it weekly it would last for weeks on end!
HIGHLY recommend this, it also works as a fan which will be great on those hot summer nights, couldn't recommend it enough.
