Overall excellent machine and improvement on older models but tiny gripe is that even with the adjustable volume the ratios of coffee to milk (for my taste) are a bit heavy on some recipes. Maybe its an operator issue?

Easy and professional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great machine. Stumble into the kitchen each morning still half asleep, turn on the coffee machine, let the dogs out and then make a delicious and fresh coffee to start the day. Four people in our home wake every morning looking forward to making a perfect coffee with ease. Cleaning is also a breeze with easy instructions clearly presented on the touch screen. It will be great to get our machine back when the software problem is resolved. Hope it doesn’t take too long.
