Love this machine
I've used this machine before as my daughter has one. Had to have one for us as well. Appliances Online was the only place I could find the black model. This machine makes an excellent cup of coffee and I am very particular about my coffee. My favourites aren the Ristretto and Espresso pods and my husband likes the Cafe au lait. Since we purchased this machine this, I haven't used anything else.
Easy to use!
To be honest, I have only used it once, im not much of a coffee drinker and purchased it for guests. The only comment that was made is that you can tell its life long milk used in the pods, but apart from that, easy peasy!
Manual machine
The machine itself is fine. It does the job well and I'm actually impressed with the quality of coffees I've been having. It's manual which means that it doesn't dispense a set amount of water, rather you turn the water off when you have enough. Also the capsule range is ridiculously limited. There's really only one capsule I'll use - espresso intenso. This machine has proven to me I can have an enjoyable cup of coffee from a capsule, but the lack of coffee blends makes me wish I bought a caffielty.
