Easy to set up and use
I've had the machine for about 3 weeks now and have made a lot of different coffees. I'm used to a basic machine that delivered one type of brew and steamed milk. I am stunned by the choice of brews available. My only issue is that the milk steamer nozzle is too short. Hot milk splashes everywhere. The direction of the nozzle is adjustable but not the length. Other than that, I really like the machine.
Cafe quality coffee
I was really nervous buying this machine. I’d read a few reviews saying the coffee isn’t hot enough but I’m honestly thrilled with the machine! It looks fantastic and the coffee is cafe quality. My husband is an engineer and is quite picky with appliances and he is very impressed by the quality and functionality of the machine.
The service and delivery from appliances online was incredibly good. Professional next day delivery to our semi regional suburb. Thrilled with the whole experience, thank you.
