Great for sandwiches!
We got this about a month ago after wanting one for years as we were upgrading to new Delonghi Distinta kettle and toaster combo and its a great fit with the range, it heats up quiet quickly and evenly, easy to clean, and easy to remove the plates if need be.
We haven't yet used the grill function but seems easy enough.
Only thing we wish it had was a flat plate (would've been great to have reversible plates!) but other than that its great
