I previously had an earlier version of this coffee machine for 10 years. We used it every day with no problems at all. A great investment. When it finally stopped working after 10 years, I knew that a delonghi replacement would be the way to go for value for money and the quality of the appliance. This newer version is great. Some changes have been made to the machine which have improved it versus the old version. These include: the waste container has been simplified and is very easy to use and clean, the machine is slender and fits better on a bench, no milk container attachment is something I prefer as this feature on the old one wasn't used often (having a steam nozzel for frothing milk is a better option), the colour of the machine blends well with a modern white kitchen, the water container is easier to use to refill and the coffee making options are simple to use. Overall a great coffee machine!

I bought this machine a couple months ago after our 8.5 year old Delonghi died of natural causes or perhaps overuse. I was surprised at how quick our new machine arrived from Appliances Online. We ordered this particular machine as I had purchased another a few months earlier as a gift for a coffee lover. They were singing praises for the machine and the coffee it made. In comparison with the old and the new the coffee is still great. Really like how it has a button that can be programmed so the male in the house gets his coffee right each time.
