Good product but warranty issues.
The product was delivered in good condition at the nominate delivery time. The rangehood fan is very good and quieter than our previous rangehood. However the installation documentation only showed diagrams for a different models and did not detail how to install this model. The other issue is the manufacturer’s warranty. Apparently the company Delonghi does not sell any major kitchen products including this rangehood. This means when you go online to register this rangehood can not be registered. These products are now under the umbrella of a company Elba Appliances Australia who are responsible for warranty, service & spare parts. This company has now subcontracted out this type of work to Fisher & Paykel Appliances New Zealand. You are required to send purchase & serial no. directly to Fisher & Paykel to register the rangehood. Very messy. Hope there are no warranty issues.
Amazing
The service was incredible, I received the appliance within a day of ordering. Also, it was a lot cheaper than any retail alternatives. It fits perfectly in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier.
