Inspirational oven!
Extremely happy with our new oven, maybe we let the old one go too long, but this is awesome. It’s added so much to our home, as my wife and I have begun baking things we never would have bothered with before. It is very precise and easy to drive I love the preset 180degree preheat. The grill is super efficient, can have a cheese melt in only minutes. Haven’t tried the pyrolysis function yet, but so far everything does what it says it will, which is rare these days. Made in Italy! Cookbook that comes with it is worth a look, give the biscotti a go.
