HAs always great delivery service and communication. Dehumidifier works really well. Easy to empty water container. Only minus is that it is noisy. But I put it on when i am going out, so it doesn't really bother me.

I expected to leave on and then when out got the target to turn oFF. Instead it just keeps working as a fan without the dehumidifier function. W would have preferred to buy one that stays on but only Congress on between X and y percent each day.

I bought two of these after my house and garage leaked during heavy rain. There was water dripping from the ceiling and coming in through blockwork. I used the drain feature on the units after discovering that the pump would sometimes reset without warning (I'm not sure why). Initial humidity reduction was quite fast, but it took several days to bring the humidity levels down from 90+% to below 60% - probably because the walls and floors and ceilings were damp when I began. In the end I had to go away, so I left the machines on with the drainage pipes running outside under the door. The units stop dehumidifying when they reach the target, and the fans go to the low settings, so things were nice and dry when I returned. As others have noted, the heat pump does increase the temp by about 2-3°, but that is in the manual. They're reasonably noisy when they're going as well, but that's because they're doing a big job. I wouldn't sleep in a room with one going. There are smaller and quieter ones out there that won't dehumidify quite as quickly if you don't need hundreds of litres of water to come out of your room. One nice feature is that the machine remembers its setting if there is a power failure. My only wish is that it would actually turn the fan off when the target is met. I didn't buy them as air purifiers.
