I should have had our original repaired
We purchased this item to replace our original DeLonghi MW which was about 12 years old. The new DeLonghi unit is a built in MW which is the same size external size as the original unit but that is where the similarities end. The cooking volume is substantially less than original, it's construction is flimsy and operation is complicated. The item has the functuality of a $150 microwave.
