I had no hesitation in buying a Delonghi wine fridge and Appliances Online did a really great delivery and install job. Quite surprising in this day and age. I previously owned two - one dual zone ( never again, doesn’t work for me) and a single zone. Both units purchased about 7 years ago. Both worked very well. Upside - many shelves so you don’t have to stack wine and I would only stack two high in fear the bottles could fall. This is very important to me. I buy many different brands of wine and it’s surprising how many different bottle shapes there are. This means bottles don’t stack at all well and will fall. I also found Delonghi Price to be quite competitive. Downsides - after a power blackout the fridges resume at the lowest temperature, and the shelves really fit only Bordeaux style wine of 2.75 inches, solution here is to remove a couple of shelves and this is easy done.

I bought a the Delonghi DEWC166S 166 Btls Wine Storage Cabinet to increase my fine wine storage capacity (I have 6 other fridges of similar design) however the temperature swings up and down by around 3 - 4 degrees. This is unacceptable for a wine fridge - my cheaper units hold temperature perfectly. I have asked for a service call - but have yet to receive a response despite 8 weeks going past since calling Appliances Online re the problem. These fridges are expensive and not particularly good quality. Finally, you cannot fit bordeaux bottles in the shelves - they are too close together. My recommendation ... avoid this fridge. Andrew

This is a great fridge, and performs very well. Just be aware that the claimed bottle capacity cannot be achieved unless all bottles are very slim (eg Riesling bottles). The only way to get anywhere close to design capacity is to remove every second shelf and double stack bottles.
