Not happy with this appliance
Based on the reviews I thought this mop would be a good buy. I read all the instructions thoroughly. Unfortunately, the amount of water left on our tiled floor required me to use numerous hand towels to wipe excess water. Otherwise after drying, the water staining left behind was unacceptable. I returned the product to AOL and they were excellent in collecting and refunding our money. I cannot fault AOL, so will be purchasing other appliance in the future.
Good
The steam mop works great. The only two things that bother me is the fact that the stick of the mop is not very sturdy and the mop only came with one pad. Otherwise great product.
