Fingers crossed it’s better than before
This replaced my previous cuisineart stick mixer that consistently became rattle due to the mixer attachment connector wearing out (received two free replacements) and finally one of the PowerPoint prongs snapped off. Despite this and 3 years of use, the customer care was so good we bought another. Let’s hope this model doesn’t have the same issues.
Won't last long
I have used a few times and it was good until suddenly noticed that the motor is working but the blade is not turning. After inspection I found that the nylon shaft piece that connects to the attachment has worn out and nothing is gripping.
This piece should be made of metal, as well as the link piece from the attachment and you would have a great product.
