Cuisinart 46263 master stand mixer
The mixer I purchased from Appliance on-line is exactly what I wanted. It is very easy to use.
The item was delivered on time. The delivery man was professional and polite.
Disappointed
I do not use a mixer for vast quantities, usually only to make a cake or 24 small ones which sometimes requires me to beat cream/ eggs as well.
I made a sponge cake in my Cuisinart but found that it does not mix smaller quantities well, particularly since there is no planetary action. The cake was not well mixed despite scraping down the sides and base several times, so I had to finish it by hand. The result was a very heavy cake.
The mixer was also much bigger than it looked in the photos and very heavy to move. Disappointing!
I returned the Cuisinart and bought a Kitchenmaid mini which is more suitablel for my needs.
