Lid full of rust.
The pressure release mechanism broke after a few months of use. After a few more months, i noticed heavy rust staining around the lid. Opening it up, I found the interior mechanisms were entirely rusted and cracked. Its a real shame because the cook function was completely fine. The build quality of the lid let the whole thing down.
