The stale smell in my walk in robe has gone and being able to recharge is a benefit as I was spending heaps on disposable ones.
Love this product
This is my second one of these. Loved the first one so bought a second for the wardrobe in the other bedroom. It’s an easy little device and made a huge difference to the damp problem with my clothes going mouldy. Only good for small spaces though.
Waste of money
You get what you pay for. Essentially, this is a larger version of that little paper bag full of silica beads that you find in new sports shoes. It makes no noticeable difference to the moisture in the room.
“Recharging” this machine involves plugging it in so that whatever moisture it may have absorbed from your home is then reintroduced right back into the atmosphere as the beads inside are heated to dry out - completely illogical. Save your $ and buy a proper dehumidifier that collects the moisture as water you can pour away or divert into a drain.
