Piece of crap and customer service even worse
Constant leaks down the back, never got any help as i was shafted from appliances online to chiq who did nothing. Not built to last like other fridges. It stopped being cold right after 3yr warranty was over. No help, even though it is meant to have a 10 year warranty on condenser. Absolute crap, not worth even $20. Waste of money. Get something that lasts from a local store. Appliances online and chiq will not help. No cold air at all lost all my food and an expensive fridge.
Died 5 months outside warranty
We had no complaints about this fridge for three years and five months which is when it just suddenly died. The warranty was three years. We have never had a fridge with that short a life-span before. In our experience with washing machine and fridge repairs the call-out fee is high and most often get told that we would be better to buy a new one. Needless to say we won’t be buying another Chiq fridge.
Broken after 2.5 years!
Bought in Dec 2019, it's now 2022 and it doesn't stay cool. Pretty disappointed I have to make a warrenty claim.
