Poor
In 1 year the freezer has required defrosting 4 times, even when switched to the lowest setting. Each time it freezes over, it has also frozen the fridge fan, which then stops working and we've had to throw out the fridge contents each time. Bad purchase
Fridge serviceability
This CHiQ 263L fridge was purchased only 18 months ago and then ceased working.
I was not using it, it was another family member in Brisbane. Under the manufacturer's warranty it was replaced finally after one week with the same model.
I presume these are made in China so I have some doubt as to their quality and longevity, after all, a fridge should last more than 18 months.
I have a Kelvinator second fridge and it has been working for over 25 years, not that we expect all fridges to last that long.
I just hope this replacement lasts much longer or else Appliances On Line should look at dropping this model from their list.

Great fridge at a great price.
Sourced this through Appliances Online as their service is always great. Ease of selection, clear ratings, great prices and great delivery. As for the fridge, its perfect for 1-2 people, great size and very quiet. Would highly recommend this product.
