Delivery time was woefully slow. The warranty card was dated prior to purchase date. The machine is very loud and leaks from the drain plug unless you fiddle with it vigorously. As a wet vac it works as intended, although the branded chemicals seem marginal. I will explore other options. The spray jets need better alignment and need to be checked prior to operation. Build quality is okay, but not great in my opinion, as is the website backup from the manufacturer.... Have a look their and see what they're at... I'm using this machine as a spot and car upholstery cleaner in a commercial setting... and it mostly works fine, but will have to invest in supplementary machines to cover this ones inadequacies... This could be a great machine with a great future, but it seems destined to be built by accountants with the eye on the wrong prize... Just my thoughts...

Absolutely love this carpet cleaner, made extremely well and makes my job so much easier, money well invested and strongly recommended.
