its worth it buy it
it cooks brown rice really well, but you need to add double the amount of water : rice ratio for brown. the pot that goes inside seems very light and flimsy but so far does the job, i've had it for over a month
Great item easy and fast
I have been struggle no to make perfect rice.Now I have the solution.Great item
High powered unit - gets the job done.
We purchased one of these to cook brown rice for our seven dogs; for a rice, meat and vegetable mix that we feed them. It cooks the rice really fast - but you do need to watch it at the end stage - otherwise it can overcook the rice (which sticks).
Best to give a couple of stirs during the cook and watch it closely at the end. I generally take the bowl out; when the rice is NEARLY done.
