Auto grind, dose, and tamp
Packing your coffee grounds into the portafilter is arguably the messiest part of preparing espresso. This machine’s fully-integrated conical burr grinder will automatically grind, dose, and tamp 22 grams of coffee. All you have to do is choose the grind setting that works for you.
Independent dual boilers
Don’t sit around twiddling your thumbs while your espresso extracts. This machine’s dual boiler technology will allow you to steam milk at the same time. This is handy for when you have friends over and everyone puts their hand up for a coffee. The espresso boiler delivers a consistent temperature for optimum flavour, while the steam boiler uses instant, powerful steam to produce a velvety microfoam.
Built-in grinder
One drawback of having a grinder separate to your machine is that ground coffee can sit inside the grinder and lose its vitality prior to extraction. An integrated grinder means your coffee is extracted immediately after it is ground, preserving all the oils for a rich crema. There’s a unique grind setting to accommodate every type of roast.
Auto steam wand
Using a manual steam wand is synonymous with hot hands. You can adjust the milk temperature and texture using the touch screen menu, while the wand purges itself of milk residue when turned downward.

Easy to use for a professional result
Great machine...when its not broken
I bought a Oracle around 2 years ago. It makes great coffee. Unfortunately my first machine malfunctioned after about 8 months, water would just pour out the long black port for every coffee - not through the coffee head so it was unusable. This got repaired then about 16 months in the machine malfunctioned again, it would short out the power in our kitchen. Breville replaced the machine. Im 6 months into the new machine and now the grinder has just given up, it sounds like it is going to start but just stops, if i try too many times the machine just turns off. I was told the warranty doesn't start again with my new machine so i have had to take it to a electrical dealer to hopefully repair.
So, it works great when its working but this is the 3rd fault in two years with 2 machines. Its really disappointing for such an expensive machine.
REPEAT CUSTOMER due to quality
Just bought my second Oracle, had the first for approx eight years. Was absolutely thrashed but well maintained. Went in for repairs (t/stat), then several years later (today) was tripping fuses. Bought a Oracle black sesame to suit remainder of the kitchen. Started using it & it is a dream to use, it is a quality machine that delivers a quality product. By the way I am a service tech that repairs many types of equipment & would not hesitate to keep purchasing this product. I'm not for the fancy touchscreens I prefer some manual buttons although it does make light work
