Steer clear -- failed within 18 months.
Failed within 18 months of purchase; it's been away getting repaired under warranty for more than a month now. For a top-of-the-line product, I'm not satisfied with the reliability, or even with the quality/taste of the coffee (when it WAS working!)
The secret to the best coffee is “Freshly Roasted” by Orcale.
This is my third Breville Coffee maker over a very long time & my second Orcale. I hand my old units down to family members who really appreciate them. They are so easy to use for the best coffee ever.
