Poor performance
Very difficult to operate. Extremely difficult to regulate the heat level. Don’t understand what the timer for. Shouldn’t have bought this totally useless.
Uneven heating
The quick cook is quick to heat. However, after several uses, we noticed that the heating is very uneven. The Center part of the pan was heated at a very high temperature, but not other areas. It makes cooking very tricky, and thus going to the inorganic collection very soon. What a waste.
Great but very flawed
The menu doesn't allow you to control the heat and instead only control the functions. When you reduce the power during slow cook it ramps back up after 3min and is not practical. Such a great product let down by stupid engineering input.
