Simple to use, excellent results
I bought this after having hand surgery and not being able to prepare food easily. I buy pre peeled veg or have a friend help me, and then can chop, dice (longer pieces but still work), slice and peel, as well as mix or whip. I can use my weaker hand with the simple button control. It has been a life changer for independence. So many ways of adapting it to assist in everyday food prep. Recommending it to my arthritically challenged friend.
