Bosch Large Pro Induction Teppan Yaki for FlexInduction and CombiInduction HEZ9TY010
The Bosch Series 6 60cm Flex Induction Cooktop combines flexible cooking zones, precise temperature control and smart connectivity to make everyday cooking easier. Featuring four cooking positions, intuitive DirectSelect controls and a sleek black ceramic glass surface with a bevelled front edge, this induction cooktop offers a practical and contemporary addition to your kitchen.
FlexInduction technology provides greater freedom when preparing meals by allowing two cooking zones to combine into one large cooking area. The 40cm flexible zone accommodates cookware of different shapes and sizes, making it ideal for larger pots, roasting dishes and multiple smaller pans. Automatic zone recognition adjusts the cooking area to suit the cookware, while Automatic Setting Transfer makes it easy to move pots between zones without losing your preferred settings.
Achieve consistent frying results with PerfectFry Plus, which uses an integrated temperature sensor to monitor and regulate pan temperature. Choose from 11 preset temperatures between 70°C and 220°C to help prevent overheating and burning. For faster cooking, Power Boost delivers additional heating power, while 17 power levels provide precise control for everything from gentle simmering to rapid boiling.
DirectSelect touch controls make adjusting cooking settings simple, with dedicated access to power levels and cooking functions. The configurable Favourite button provides quick access to personalised settings, while the Pause function temporarily stops heating when you need to step away.
With built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and the Home Connect app, you can monitor your cooktop, access cooking assistance and personalise selected functions. Compatible Bosch rangehoods can also connect through Cook2Hood technology for automatic ventilation control. Additional safety features, including a childproof lock, residual heat indicators and automatic safety switch-off, provide added confidence during everyday cooking.

Worth the extra dollars
I was tossing up between this model and the cheaper models.
This more expensive models have several additional features over the cheaper ones:
PerfectFry Plus. Poorly named, it simply allows you to select a temperature instead of a power level. I haven’t found this feature particularly useful.
FlexInduction. Brilliant feature. It allows you make 2 cooking zone behave like one. Great for large, rectangular pots or cast iron grill plates.
Easy Flex Zones. Let’s you place a smaller pot anywhere where on the left side cooking zone and the cooktop figures out where to send the energy.
If you are planning on using the extra features, I’d recommend this cooktop.
Bosch induction cooktop
Looks great. Works perfectly and is so easy to use and clean. Delivery was easy and on time. Brought up to my second story kitchen no problems.
Good quality and good design
Good quality product and good design and size to accommodate almost anything.
