Non-durable, cracked ceramic glass within 2 months
I bought this unit after doing lot of research, however within 2 months a significant crack developed with routine use and under standard kitchen conditions. For a product in this price range and known brand, I expected quality and longevity - not early deterioration. Concerned about its durability and safety, awaiting Bosch to replace/refund.
