Bosch Assist, with PerfectRoast™ and PerfectBake™, uses advanced sensors to automatically set the optimal heating mode, temperature, and time depending on the kind of dish you're cooking. SoftMove door
The drop-down oven door features Bosch’s SoftClose and SoftOpen mechanisms which enable the door to open and close gently. This not only makes for a more peaceful kitchen environment, but also adds another layer of safety.
EcoClean Direct
This oven is effortless to keep clean thanks to a special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the back wall of the cavity. This coating breaks down grease residue which reduces the time and effort needed for cleaning.
Bosch Assist
Use the simple control panel to select your relevant dish from this menu of automatic programs. The oven will set the ideal temperature, cooking time, and oven mode, depending on your ingredients, for precise results.
Multi-point meat probe
Simply insert this probe into your roast and it will monitor the meat’s internal temperatures. This allows you to carefully keep an eye on the cooking process to avoid under- or over-cooking. Because the probe detects temperatures across multiple points, you get the full picture of your cooking.

Take so long on steam and not strong enough
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes 6 mins to pre-heat the steam in the oven,
which is a way longer than a steamer.
Most of the seafood require a strong steam and will be cooked within 6 mins, by the time this oven is still heating up.
There is no pre-heat function in this oven.
Everytime you open the oven door, it will then bring you back to the 6 mins heatup time before it starts, which is too slow.
The menu is too complicated.
Took me lot of time to get into it, even I am a experienced commercial Chef.
Won't recommend it to my friend.

I had my first oven for over 30 years it’s still working but I just wanted an upgrade
Not happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this oven, as well as a combo oven. Both of them failed with the exact same issue within 3 years of starting to use them (purchased 2018, installed 2019). The touch screen stopped working on them, rendering them completely useless. Replacing the part is far from cheap as well. I did get this oven repaired by Bosch just outside of warranty, but now the other one has also failed with the same issue - I don't have faith in the product and would recommend avoiding anything in this series.
