Reliable for large loads
Happy that this machine is still going a few years on. The 10kg load size is great for a family of kids who provide endless opportunities for washing, and washing, and washing. Pretty simple to use and I’m glad it’s been so reliable.
Faulty
My old top loader broke and I needed a lager washing machine so I purchased this.
But after 12 months after purchase, it stopped working properly. It didn't spin. I thought it was a drain problem but a technician said it was a defect in a control system and he needed to order wire from Germany because it's not stocked in Australia. It might takes 6 or 8 weeks or longer. I have a big family and need to use washing machine everyday so I ended up buying another (small) one for temporaly use. I won't buy Bosch again.
Good Washing Machine
Happy with this washing machine . using it at least every second day . has so much space . 10 kg is very handy to wash everything .
