Red Devil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been happily using this handy little vacuum cleaner for a year and a half and it's been great. It's so easy to manoeuvre and when it's full, so quick and simple to empty. I have been a bit frustrated by the battery life though, as on low power it doesn't suck much, so I turn it on turbo and on higher power it runs out before I've done the whole house, even though it's just a 2 bedroom townhouse. Having said that, it does make it ideal for a quick whip around one or 2 rooms so it's super convenient. The other downside is the charge time. It's been on charge for 3 hours now before I can get any oomph out of it again.
In summary I would say it's quick and easy but lacks guts and staying power. A neat light handy gadget but I would prefer if it lasted longer and sucked harder.
Battery life is poor
Not even 3 yrs old and it only lasts about 10 minutes on low speed and about 2 minutes on high. Yes all filters are cleaned regularly
Best we've had
This is by far the best vac we've had! Excellent value. We raise puppies for a dog guide organisation so the animal hair really is an issue with 3 dogs in the house at any time.
We have a robot vac that we appreciate for the mop function and a hand held for getting in corners. But, this stick vac gets used twice a day and after 18mths it's still going strong. We only have a small house so we get around it twice a day on a single charge.
Would definitely buy again!
