Really happy with machine. Only negative is that a small puddle of water remains in seal rim at end of cycle
Wouldn't buy this if I could go back in time
Instructions difficult to understand and contradict themselves. The machine is very noisy. Towels are unusable unless you use a dryer - I have played with all settings and they are like cardboard if line dried (always line dried with old w/m and whilst a little stiff they were usable). Washes everything else okay but wish I'd gone with another brand - very disappointed with Bosch.
Finally made the switch to a front loader!
After xx years of not being happy with a top loader, - they just don't do a proper job, I finally made the decision to buy a front loader and I'll never go back! I'm super happy with my new Bosch.
