Makes great coffee
Ordered online before Christmas and put the package straight under the christmas tree, when opened on Christmas day a small piece of plastic dropped out which was found to have broken off the handle, it didn't affect the making of coffee so we went ahead and used the machine. We found it to make great coffee. I have since noticed another plastic piece has broken that holds the shower head looking piece to the lid. Again it is still functioning so haven't done anything about it. Seems a little awkward to pour the water in the top using the jug but again it's making great coffee so thats the main thing.
Poor back up service and product quality poor.
Product developed a fault, made contact via email and phone calls numerous times over a couple of weeks. Where they said they would contact me back, never did, I had to continuously chase them up.
