We are overall pretty happy with this dishwasher. Plus side: - washes very well, which is the main thing. - quiet - dries OK Minus side: - stacking is a challenge, we can't fit our plates in the bottom when the middle shelf is on the lowest position, but when the middle shelf is adjusted up we can't fit medium height tumbler glasses under the cutlery shelf so we have to permanently leave out half of the cutlery tray. Our plates are not exceptionally large either. - programming is clumsy, it doesn't remember your last program if you turn it off. This is a problem because if you want to dry your dishes as well as having a mixed load at 60oC wash (one level lower than the most power intensive cycle - which is the lowest cycle that is recommended for the typical family load with both plates AND pots and pans) you have to customise it to add a drying cycle. It's a pain to squat down to dishwasher height to scroll through menus to select the load you previously used and add the drying cycle. So we have to leave the machine turned on, which I don't like. (Why do appliances have to keep adding superfluous menus?!?) Neutral side: - It hasn't broken down in the two months we've had it. But we won't be able to add another review if it breaks down tomorrow because this site sends you one invitation to review and after that you can't go back and add a review or change your previous review.
