Microwave that lasted 5 weeks and still trying to
We purchased a Blanko microwave from Appliances Online. Delivery was fantastic- next day service. However, after 5 weeks, the unit no longer works - and both the manufacture and Appliances Online are not solving my problem. This purchase was to make the life of a terminally ill patient easier so he can heat up his meals, but is now causing more stress. I will not purchase another Blanko product, nor will I use or recommend Appliances Online. The after sales service is terrible.
Better than expected
Thrilled with this purchase. Would recommend Blanco to anyone looking to buy blanco microwave
Great value for a combi microwave vs other brands
Blends well with my two other Blanco appliances, and fitted the space without modifying cabinets which was a main choice criteria. The trim kit is integrated into the design and looks flush. Found it to be well priced for the functionality provided. It has good internal capacity vs some others. There are more selection choice steps compared to our previous combi oven, but not difficult to use and memorise. Comes with 2 year warranty, but hopefully the grill, and convection heating elements, magnetron and fan will provide ongoing good service as is an appliance in daily use. So far so good and pleased with purchase.
