I ordered a vaccine early Dec 24 and still waiting for product to be delivered to correct address. I was called about it being delivered to an incorrect post code and still no product even though they have my details and my money. I hope this is rectified now it is the new year? Will keep you posted.

It's a great little vac I'm amazed at how great it picks up my dogs fur I'd diffenatly recommend this for removing fur from lounge or rugs etc would be exceptional if the stick extended so I could do the whole house with it it's that good
