Steam mop
I am extremely happy with this purchase. The mop is lightweight and v easy to move around objects. The floor dries v quickly. The mop head is easily cleaned in the washing machine all up a good purchase.
Do NOT BUY
We had problems from get go with this mop the cap split after 5 weeks. Replacement Cap sent. After owning the mop 2 years it blew up started smoking hot water spilling out the side. Tripped the power off.
Apprantely manufacturing warranty is only 1 year.
Broke after 1 year
This steam mop worked reasonably well, gets into corners ok, and gave a great clean - while it worked. However it stopped working almost 1 year to the day after purchasing and despite following all their online troubleshooting guides, it never resolved. It would clean for approximately 5 minutes before overheating and shutting off.
