All what i wanted!
After having a chip vac cleaner i wanted to invest in the powerful yet affordable vac.
This one is extremely powerful, cleans fast. Does all i need. Different handles allow to reach narrow areas or clean at the top shelves.
- hard floor handle lock is loose and turns by itself during the cleaning. It causes inconveniences as it opens and inner brash falls out. Could be fixed by sticky tape, yet should've been tight at the production stage.
Air Flow Regulator issues.
This is a wonderful machine, suction is fantastic. The air flow regulator is not where the manual states. Appliances Online could not help me but did replace the machine just in case it was faulty. Had to ring Bissell direct, they explained that the manual was incorrect and the regulator was in fact in the head attachments. A few hassles but all is fine now.
Tested and relaible
We have used this brand overseas for many years and quite satisfied.
But this purchase (model 1292U) is not what it should be. The handle does not have air flow regulator as mentioned in the manual. This feature is very important to us for regulating vacuuming force.
I have notified this issue before to Appliances online as well as Bissell.
