Not as easy to use as advertised.
I find it difficult to use, heavy and not easy to manipulate, especially in corners and under furniture. Especially for the elderly, wouldn't recommend this appliance.
Bissell vac
Not happy with this vac cannot use it as a normal vacuum as it always leaks water even if the vac is empty it still releases water it leaves streaks on tiles terrible for me may suit others
Disappointed that I couldn’t go and see for myself because of lockdown and read reviews I ended up giving the vac to my daughter hopefully it will suit her I was shattered I spent so much money on it I ended up buying Samsung vac with spin mop very satisfied
A very big disappointment
We have used Bussell appliances for almost a decade and having a dog find them second to none.
We I have owned a cross wave for the past 12 months however after downsizing felt a cordless version would be a better option.
The suction is so poor, it is to the point where I seriously questioned whether it was in need of repair after one week.
It is clunky, and simply does not deliver on the hype surrounding it. Value for money - it is at the low end of the scale.
A very expensive disappointment.
