Amazing delivery service - so friendly and went above and beyond to help. Love the fridge. As to other reviews I read - yes it takes a long time to cool down initially. I dropped ours to 2 degrees which fixed it overnight. Drinks are beautifully chilled so I’ve left it on that setting. Yes the right veggie draws won’t open with only 1 door open but it’s a small price to pay for being able to open either door in any order. Prefer this design. Warning, does NOT fit in standard door - they assume you have patio doors. Only fault is shelves aren’t really adjustable as you can’t get them out past the doors. HUGE capacity, has worked brilliantly. Love it overall and highly recommend AOL.

I bought this refrigerator and it was delivered the next day. After running it for half a day it was still not cooling. At the end of the day, when it was still not cooling, after several phone calls, they agreed to exchange it for another one. The second fridge (same model) was delivered the next day and again it did not cool. After more phone calls they agreed to a refund.

I love it! Only had the fridge one month and it has made me care free as my other fridge would always break down, sticking with BEKO couldn’t be happier
