Poor after sales/warranty support
Nice enough looking rangehood with good flow. Lighting is basically useless, flickers so much you can't have them on. Range hood lasted only 7 months, before the control board failed - range hood turns on and off at it's own will. After sales/warranty care is terrible. It's been 6 weeks and it's not fixed
Decent rangehood
A good upgrade over our 12yo rangehood. It is quieter on the lowest setting but still quite noisy overall. One issue is that the rangehood did not include the necessary hardware for securing/joining the two sections of the flu and our installer had to improvise. Otherwise happy with the unit, but can't comment on its long term reliability. We used an independent installer.
Sleek and practical
Looks much nicer than our old bulky unit and is a lot quieter.
