The disappointment is real
The hobs discoloured (rusted) on first use; the griller door is angled in such a way that the griller tray cannot be adjusted; vents above the griller (on the front) blow hot air when the griller or oven is in use - which I DO NOT need in a tropical climate; the timer is in 5 minute intervals and emits such a tiny "ding" that I had to buy a digital timer else didn't know when the time was up; the oven is 15 degrees hotter than selected (measured by oven thermometer). Not at all what I wanted from a long-awaited brand new stove,

Basically ok but I'm disappointed at how long the hotplates take to heat up.
You cant use the lower grill position because the griller fouls on the door when you try to put it in. The controls for the oven and grill are rather confusing and it took quite a while to get the hang of it. You can't use the oven with fan and lower element only as you aren't given this option.
In some cases the customer service was good but in others not. I've written a number of emails about the grill door problem but can't get a reply. Also the oven was delivered on the very day I asked them not to.

Disappointed that one of the knobs broke with first use. But Appliances Online sent someone to fix as much as possible within several days
