Can't clean without scratching
I bought a new Artusi oven and cooktop and was extremely excited once I got it installed. Then I cleaned the cooktop with a paper towel and water - this is when it got heavily scratched.
With every clean I get more scratches, so I rang AppliancesOnline and they said they would arrange a warranty call with Artusi - heard nothing
It works but not happy that its heavily scratched and will continue to scratch

I’m very happy with cook top and it’s so easy to clean.
What a bargain!
Made in Italy, this cook top is excellent value. Our 28 year old St George 5 burner had seen better day's - this Artusi dropped straight in. Been in use for 2 weeks now and works as expected. Cleans up easily and looks as good as more expensive brands. AOL had it delivered in under 24 hours. The communication for delivery was legendary as usual.
