Introducing the Artusi 80cm Built-In Gas BBQ, a high-quality outdoor cooking solution perfect for any environment. Crafted from AS316 stainless steel, this BBQ is built to withstand outdoor and ocean-front conditions, ensuring durability and longevity. The automatic Piezo battery ignition with a concealed D cell battery compartment provides easy and reliable ignition, while the removable grease container and main catcher make cleaning a breeze. With side control knobs and an oil/fat reservoir, this BBQ offers convenient and precise control over your cooking. The BBQ is pre-set for use with LPG but can be converted for use with Natural Gas (Natural Gas hose sold separately). The interchangeable hotplate configuration allows for different cooking styles, and it includes a solid cast iron removable grill plate and a cast iron removable flat hotplate. Both the hotplate and grills feature self-locking notches for added safety. Additionally, the hotplate is engineered to be anti-warp, ensuring even heat distribution. With its superior features and construction, the Artusi 80cm Built-In Gas BBQ is a reliable and versatile choice for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.
Interchangeable Hotplate Configuration
With two interchangeable cast iron grill plates and a teppanyaki plate, you can customise your cooking surface to what you're grilling as well as your personal preference. If you have larger cuts of meat, you can put the two grills together or keep the teppanyaki plate front and centre, for easy management of rice, veggies, or eggs.
Cast iron grills
Made from cast iron, the grills on this model feature excellent heat retention, not only getting incredibly hot, but also maintaining that heat for long periods of time.
Push Button Ignition
Helping you get barbecuing faster, the push ignition button generates a spark at the opening of the burner’s gas main. This lights the burners, heating up your barbecue quickly so you can get right to the cooking.
Removable Drip Tray
Catching oils and fats while you cook, the drip tray is conveniently removable for simple cleaning. It is recommended that you clean this often, to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.
