Rubbish
Arrived with major fault, would not power up. Appliance online ducked shoved any responsibility and fobbed me onto their warranty repairer who would not return any calls, in the process of getting my money back and going to another retailer.
Needed a power upgrade to install
Unfortunately we were not able to install this stove. The specifications on appliances online webpage don’t mention that the stove requires 3 phase power to be installed and run.
We subsequently had our electrician out to give us a quote for upgrading our power supply, and decided to return the stove when we found out it would cost us $12,000 to upgrade the infrastructure of our older house. (This is a power upgrade from the pole to the house)
Appliances online would do well to mention that in their item listings, as lay people such as myself often don’t realise the stove requires 3 phase power. And here I was trying to do the right thing and get off gas…!
We were able to return the item, although we did have to pay a restocking fee.
So, point is, make sure you have the power to run this stove.
New cooker for kitchen reno
We needed a freestanding induction cooker for our new kitchen and this model was one of the few that met all our requirements. Appliances Online were able to price match and then delivered within a few days, exactly what we needed. Will definitely be coming back if we need other appliances.
