Fan and Convection and its compact design big enou
Being a former Operations Manager of 22hotel group in Malaysia responsible for planning FoodnBeverage Ops using Zanussi,Hobarts etc commercial cooking equipment i appreciate Artusi Design for the purposes it was made for.We could have opted for a 60lit unit but selected the 45lit unit as theres only 2of us at home,so the Artusi Maximus 45lit suited us perfectly and so far No complaints from my Home Exec Chef ie my Madam!Regards.

I havnt yet had it installed but it was easy dealing with appliances online . Its a very tidy unit and price was good plus delivery was when they said it woukd be , no complaints
