Great Product and highly recommend it to everyone looking
Appaling instructions
Probably a good product but without adequate instructions who knows! Manual is unreadable and inappropriate for this model! Spent two days trying to work out the timer etc. Hours on the phone to Customer Help was wasted - they knew less than me! God help us if anything major goes wrong! Still cannot access all the features due to lack of instructions.
Great looks and great value for money.
I hadn't heard of ARC brand before but I did a little research and was happy with what I read. Decided to go for this oven because it had the right balance of features and price, and I'm glad I did. The build quality is good, it looks great, cooks well, has plenty of functions, and is self cleaning. It replaced our old Simpson brand electric oven, and it's a big step up. Wife has been baking muffins, cakes, lasagna, potato bake... and its all been perfect. She's a good cook, but now she has a good oven too. :)
