Worst machine ever
i've had problems with this machine from day one — all the same problems that everyone else reports online. appliances online put me in touch with tempo to get a refund but tempo refuse to do anything other than send a technician, who told me that the pre-sets on this machine are deisgned to get past the consumer laws, and that the only way to get the machine to work properly is by putting the spin speed up, which of course means that the energy ratings are completely false. Anyway, putting the spin speed up hasn't fixed the issues and now I can't even get a refund and I even feel too guilty to give it away for free because it's such an unreliable piece of crap that does something different each time you run it.
Purchased for size
The laundry space in our apartment is tiny so I was restricted to choosing a machine for its dimensions rather than it’s performance. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I’m pleasantly surprised with its performance after reading some not so great reviews.
I’ve found that the best cycle to run is the heavy 40 plus 1200rpm spin cycle. Wash comes out perfectly clean and dry enough to put in the dryer.
It goes without saying that it comes with legendary service from Appliances Online!
Great Little machine
While it is early days. This is a great machine, perfect for one person as it is small. I would have loved a delicate wash but that’s fixed by changing spin cycle.
