Way Too Soft
As other customers have reviewed for this model, these mattresses are way too soft, feels like it's missing some fundamental core support layer, so to be honest I wouldn't recommend this model.
This mattress may be OK if you're a small person 60kgs or less, but I'd still go up a level of firmness, eg if wanting a plush - order a medium.
Gave 1 star overall as I believe this mattress has been incorrectly rated for it's firmness value, which misled us when choosing what to purchase.
Love Love Love it
After sleeping on a lumpy, hard, uncomfortable bed for so long. this was heaven, placed the order on Wednesday receive the new one Thursday afternoon, the guys were polite and took away my old mattress. I don't get a chance to read anymore, I fall into this bed and fall asleep straight away.
